📦 Returns

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-returnable items

  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged in shipping)

  • Gift cards or promo codes

  • Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@meri-drive.com with your order number

  2. Include photos if item arrived damaged

  3. We’ll provide return instructions and address

⚠️ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

💳 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days.

🧾 Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Items not in original condition

  • Returns requested after 14 days

  • Incomplete product kits


📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
